Phil was kind enough to reply to my email so I don't particularly want to plagiarize his comments but what I posted before was correct regarding the possibility of full production starting by Xmas. Please keep in mind that this requires the magnetic separator drums delivery and the timing of this is probably out of ADY's hands.
I personally believe that if they do start up full production by Xmas, I would be an exceptional achievement by management despite the fact that they had hoped to start earlier.
