re: croupier- analysis: powell's speech and the ir Snooker,if we can jump over the various countries that have or may not have WMD and look at what countries can have or should not have. What are valid reasons for having these weapons?Which countries are allowed to expand and what is the definition of expansion?Australia could be accused of expansionism in its own region when you look at Papua New Guinea and Timor;Fiji and Nauru may also fall under this umbrella.Expansionism comes in many forms from economic pressure to military. We do not hear much about economic but I would venture to say that it is the major form of expansionism. When economic expansionism is prevented for one reason or another, then military action very often soon follows.America has come under scrutity of late because their economic expansion has come under pressure from Europe and the growing Asia region.Add on top of that Arab/Islamic pressure and we arrive at the present situation. My view is that it is an economic problem that needs solving although a bit of military manoevres will take place....a sort of chest thumping.
