forgotten stock

From the announcement yesterday the company is going to make an in specie distribution of 3.5 cents to 4 cents on a third of an investment and keep the other 2/3rds worth approximately $26m or 7 to 8 cents together with the other assets the company holds. Therefore at 3 cents this stock appears cheap or at least worth a punt I think. However am I missing something appreciate any thoughts. Also the in specie distribution will be made in 2 months and they will provide a facility to sell the shares. Therefore you get money back within two months and still have a stock that should be trading at 7 cents. Am I dreaming so can somebody check the article to see if i am getting it right.
