Australia doesn't reject refugees,

Australia has an immigration policy that some people don't believe applies to them and so they try to take the place of everybody else who is doing the right thing and applying through the right channels.

Last time I looked, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka were not currently at war, so people coming to Australia by boat cannot by definition claim to be refugees.
