And if it happens that he (WM) goes private, who will be lucky ones that will be allowed to form part of that private company.??

Unless have got it all so wrong, going private means that there is only a limited number of shareholders allowed to hold in that private company.

So what is going to happen to all of the remaining ones.??

How many of the loyals will be asked to move on and give up their shares.??

Interesting thought, but not properly researched before posting IMHO.
