Adversity makes a man i think.
I took a redundancy and paid off my first home 45km from City. Sold it and using left over money moved closer to the city and got back my old job but put my career behind for a while taking the redundancy. Thats my sacrifice and story. Didnt look back as my property now have nearly triple my purchase price.
