"Given the relatively shallow water depths (~110m), an exploration well is estimated to cost ~US$33m and can be drilled using a jack-up rig or small semi-submersible rig rather than a deepwater semi-submersible rig or drill ship which will be used by proximal operators, further significantly reducing costs."
