Thank you NewDelhi for posting your concerns to ASIC on this forum; I will borrow heavily from it when subitting my complaint to ASIC.
The C Group is integral to much of what has transpired over the years and in light of a commonly held, and disseminated by Intermoco "management", understanding in their last capital raising you are right to focus ASIC's attention on the C Group and their relationship with the company and at least one of Intermoco's officers. They've got "form" so to speak.
You guys follow the company and the individuals involved far more closely than I have ever done.
I do however think ASIC's attention should be drawn to a second and, from what I have understood to be, a second area of interest which can be timelined. I refer to the "Gestro affair/dealings"; totally incomprensible to me how this was allowed to happen.
We can vent our grievances with ASIC as disgruntled outsiders/shareholder looking in; what we need, and I am fairly sure ASIC would be obliged to take notice, is for someone from the inside blowing a whistle, and I refer to one Kiril R.
For all sorts of reasons I realise KR might not be able to take on the company and its "management"; ironically for the same motivations he was offered a position on the board in the first place.
