I believe management is helping some Chinese to get full control of this lithium jewel without paying any price for it

in order to verify if my speculation is appropriate, we need to wait the final stage of this share issuing ....

if I am correct, the share+options issuing will be placed in full (remember that any shareholder has "the right to apply for additional shares and options in excess of their entitlement").... and most of it - I bet - to chinese entities ... either Creat Group (btw, the CFO of Creat Resources has resigned few weeks ago), or Fengli (btw, majority holder of convertible bonds and shareholder) or Mr. Geely or ....

Let's wait and see ... but I am afraid this will end up as a silent take over from China ....

I hope to be wrong .... but wouldn't bet on it !
