NB if you are correct than INT must have been in default many times it was given another $250K to add to the existing CON nOte late last year. That was stated in the earlier announcements.

Personally with the LJ approval I presume they could always get anyone to replace LJ.

Any way its all speculation. In reality the situation that would make sense is if The C group dont offer to purchase the business than we have to accept that he had reached the end of the road. If they do than I suppose conspiracy theories will exist forever.

To Davidob - If you are referring to my undertaking- Firstly I was interested to play a small part if the C group ensured the full funding of the $1,5m - I was then going to look. I dont have the resources to do it (save the company) on my own without someone much larger. Secondly I am not in the business of fighting with a cornerstone investor. Mounting a counteroffer is expensive and you end up overpaying IMO. The cornerstone investor is a significant part of the people owed money so in fact part of what they offer ends up round tripping back to them. Sorry but that is not a fair fight. My solution to all parties would be approach Mr C and ask if he intends to put in an offer. Rather communicate than fight - maybe his waiting for a call from KR. Who knows. If he wants to talk I am available but I am not going to spend $100K getting attorney's to make offer and then being outbid - I dont have any debt owing to me so I am not on both sides of the equation.

On another matter - I am not yet convinced about the business so it would take time to develop a plan - I have approached a party that I know but he is not returning my call.He may be overseas I dont know.

Finally - remember I sold out except for a nominal holding - so I dont have anything I am looking to save - Its not the same equation. For me I wanted a clean slate and an opportunity to do an extensive DD and partner with existing parties to put together a future. I was not looking to pick a fight but looking to play a small role. Its also not my money so I would have to present a report to others.
