Your question is a smoke screen Glug. Fact: Under Howard, by the end of his term there were virtually no boats arriving in Australian waters. Initially under his term arrivals increased. Fact: By the end of 6 years of Gillard/Rudd, the no boats scenario has been turned into an uncontrollable influx of boats and people. Many die without us even knowing.
