    The way GSK operate you really have to wonder why PC dropped the case. Remember PC originally turned down 100 Million to settle.

    Biota had a rock solid case. You should of seen the GSK employees emails stating they didn't and were not supporting Relenza. Using 'BEST ENDEVOURS' they were not.

    Many on this forum will remember the emails well.
