I do not think anyone is taking much notice of the RE prices today as the SP has been smashed to pieces again. Carnage.
Since last Sept, I've totally given up just holding and holding and holding waiting for that miracle announcement. I'm sure many are doing the same.
The sawtooth gyrations in SP are absurdly predictable. I was timid at first. Selling a few shares near/at the peak of any SP spike then buying back lower. Now I'm selling my whole lot at times and buying back. Did it again this week: 46 to 41 cents. Done this 7 times now with varying degrees of success. Beats averaging down as you buy the same shares back and keep the cash for better uses. Not shorting.
I detest shorting and also detest downramping posters whenever they sell out. You guys know who you are.
