I find it impossible to speculate about what may happen regarding the SP without knowing the details. We can only make educated guesses but CR8 is correct regarding future resistance.

One other thing of interest is that for the Consort/Range agreement with Puntland to be legally binding, they do need to have a third party (JV) wishing to invest 5 mill. I cannot see Range having already achieved this although they may be able to state that they are currently negotiating with third parties regarding this and the market will be informed once negotiation has been completed.
