btv director converts 2,012,318 btvoa's (6-10-05) ## Overnight Announcement out re BTV Director Neil Biddles bought additional 2,012,318 BTVOA's (15-06-06 Options) on October 6th, 2005.
BTV Director Biddles then paid up and converted those 2,012,318 options (to fully paids) @ .05c same day, thereby gaining participation in the additional share/option rights entitlement offer for all holders of fully paids (BTV).
The exciting thing in my opinion is that he already had
2,452,036 BTVOA's (15-06-06 Options) in his treasure chest, and didn't touch them.
So loyal members of this thread will no doubt remember
Director Biddles came under fire on HotCopper earlier this year for selling a large amount (all) of his fully paid BTV shares, albeit well prior to the Uranium Venture deal with Thor as announced, and subsequent/dramatic SP spikes thereafter.
Director Biddles later explained via an email response to a HotCopper member that this transaction was due to personal circumstances/reasons only, and that
the joke was on him because he obviously missed out on the higher SP available well after he sold.

I feel that this current, latest move by Director Biddles displays an enormous vote of confidence in the future prospects of BTV and its programmed projects already underway.
So TigerTen, if you were looking for a sign/incentive/reason as to whether you would take up your rights entitlement as offered, as stated in your earlier post, I reckon that's the biggest possible positive sign that I have seen since the original announcement of aquisition of the Uranium Venture
from Thor.
Will be interested to get your thoughts, naturally, but I have retained the faith through thick and thin with BTV in recent times, and I am very encouraged obviously with this latest news.
And I don't think there is any doubts now that the BTVOA's left in the market will be well and truly in the money big time by June Conversion Date next year. Still think they are the best value proposition over the mid-term for BTV investors.
