passive, I took that house in banksia grove because I had a look at it a few times. Listings are increasing in most suburbs and one would expect rents to fall perth wide. Might help the retail and hospitality sector. Not doomsday at all.
justis That house would cost a lot more then 350k, yes it was overpriced by roughly 10%. But it is the first time in years that we see some empty houses here. Total destruction of money, can't be good for anyone.
