I can only guess at why rental listings in the city have increased. Could be renters have bought elsewhere. Maybe new complex's available but I do think the main game has changed. Companies rent units for exec's, new arrivals rent units until they find alternatives, these forces are slowing. The rents are too high, so people move out further, share a house or stay with mum and dad and save up for deposit. Only have a passing interest in units I avoid them like the plague.
