    Yep it does require significant DD. so why aren't they doing it and relying on another funder ( in this forum's opinion) to give comfort. Nothing to do with risk spreading. If they have $260m to offer they understand risk and DD.

    Where is Alliance's track record? Show me the money - liquid funds in full - then it's a reality.
