I sense and that's all it is, current shareholders where not supporting this SP to the degree management would have liked and because of that they had to find an underwriter. If that is right than management have misjudged the market they are working in, which doesn't suprise me given their last 7 months of announcements. While recent Ann's have shown promise, that is all they are, a promise. Forgive me for being skeptical but they have used up all their promising verbs in the last seven months, IMO, the market wants action verbs with a past tense. GLTA
