Rigi, I agree with the general tone of your post and I would suggest that all BKP shareholders should re-read
posts #9301294 & #9301383 of the 2-5-13.

These refer to items in the BKP Report re Company Loans to Directors. We now know that these monies were ultimately pocketed by CERVANTES via BKP Directors.

I personally regard this as a misuse of BKP funds, (intended for financing LEGITIMATE BKP activities by BKP management) and not for financing non-BKP core activities.

I am seeking legal advice as to BKP shareholders rights on the subject of what I personally regard as a MISUSE OF BKP SHAREHOLDERS FUNDS.
