The problems with that are;
a) Once in the Australian community they never have to go home, that's the reality.
b) Its just a matter of time before TPV holders get an amnesty, everyone knows it.
c) Living in Australia on a TPV is much more desirable than living in a third world country anyway.
The inevitable solution is a Spartan camp on Christmas Island that offers no advantage.
