I got the document with no problems. I have a Scribd account, signed in with that (rather than yet another link to Facebook), and hit the Download button at bottom right.
Using Firefox v21, several addons, on a PC running XP.
I'm usually a Mac user, and have updated Firefox on my Macs to v22, but on the PC, v22 screws up the fonts so I backgraded to v21 and all is well again. Maybe that had something to do with the way the site displayed for you?
Site looks perfectly fine on my Macs with Firefox v22, by the way.
