Rumbal if it was fob for the the price you are quoting I would think they would be jumping up and down, telling the world they can match majors in getting the ore on ship. If that was the case I think they would be able to attract a partner to fund the lot as those sort of cost are what rio and bhp claim just to mine $40 to 50 per tonne, hence my thoughts, when you claim 40 to 50 fob I kind of wonder if you are confusing yourself.
I really think if the cost where that low you would find a reputable firm would jv , not a shell. If you see what has happened to plv with a shell proving finance you would be sceptical to say the least. And they are mining but in gods own trouble with the funding with the Chinese shell.
