I remember a while back someone mentioned this company is running by a group of accountants not professionals, now I slowly agree with that.
Reason? FKP has never never generated cash flow which close enough to justify the so-called NTA about $4. At the end of day if you don't have the return on a reasonable ROE level, then no one know where that NTA figure is from and wont take serious about that.
No wonder many brokers believe the real NTA is substantially lower.
I made a mistake believing I have invested in a "cheap" stock, after years of wondering why FKP has been "so cheap for so long" now I understand it is not that cheap.

I am looking (or hoping)some news to trigger a SP spike, where I can cut my loss and offload all my holdings.
