    It's true, sometimes the little guy comes up with a new idea. However, even in the unlikely event that this is such a case, AEB is going to either be outcompeted or bought out by one of the giants. You can't stop the big guys copying your idea, and the giants could buy AEB like I could buy a beer (notice that they haven't bothered?).
