Dont worry abour biocoaldry. It isn't required. The tech is more than capable of dewatering the coal without introducing another process step.
The 4 power stations have enough coal of their own to use for coldry. They wont need to apply for any of the new coal allocations, unless they wish to export it.
Apart from export, the coal can be used in other applications domestically.
The tendering process on the new allocations is many months away. I guess it is pointless issuing new allocations at this stage....as there isn't a commercial plant built to process the coal.
I suppose they are probably waiting for coldry's and ignite's plant being built before they commence the tendering process.
Afterall, you can't have a LV Pilbara without coldry.
