Property prices in Aus are unsustainable and unrealistic for now IMHO. What happened in USA could happen here, even though we dont have the level of sub prime, house prices are almost 50 percent over priced IMHO. Its almost a perfect storm, job losses, coupled with rising rates and this bubble will burst super time IMHO Consider paying above 500K ffor a 400sq/m block with a cheaply built brick veneer box that you can hear your neighbour flush the dunny!!!!!!
