    Hi Keygeo

    I wrote "low dividends", not "lower dividends". I agree that they will probably maintain the current dividend amount or even increase it, but if they are reinvesting all dividends received from UOADB via the DRS then long term they will only have the proceeds of the REIT and their rental income from parent company held property from which to pay dividends.

    Earnings have been around 8-12c/share for many years, but only 1.5-2.5c/share dividend. Seems unlikely to change much even if earnings rise as the earnings will be going toward maintaining or increasing their percentage ownership of UOADB.
