The odds greatly improved yesterday that ECT will build plants in both Vic and India...imo.

IMO India will have a commercial scale coldry plant well before Victoria.

Demand exceeds supply to the point that margins on importing coal and then supplying to power stations becomes a secondary importance.

What will happen when margins of $40 can be expected from BCE Coldry production in India... uptake to a commercial plant 2 million ton will occur quickly.
