Ok so now you are saying the cerium lanthanum price will rise gradually but you don't know when am i correct? This will depend on demand coming back in when it comes. Also Molycorp and Lynas will come online thus introducing a new supply dynamic. Thus the effectiveness of the government's action is unknown and the jury is still out.
My bet to you is The Chinese government action WILL BE EFFECTIVE. By December Lanthanum and cerium prices will be on a steady uptrend and confirmed by Dec 31 2013. This price will rise because demand will come back PLUS effective government crackdown on light rare earth resources.
