Well I'm Gen Y. 30. And I have been with the same firm 10 years.
The thing with Gen Y, we can't spell or do long division without a calculator. I put that down to many things, mainly the poor curriculum when I was at school. Thanks baby boomers! Your teaching sucked balls! They had to change things because baby boomers know best, just ask them!
