K273 , Same advice as from Rob
If Past Pics work then Check where they were when you browsed to them.
Make sure the ones you are trying to send are in the same folder.
Set up a test Reply with a pic that worked before and Preview.
If it previews OK don't post ,but then take it out and try one of the troublesome ones in it's place.
Go from there.
If you are sending Two Pics, Separate the uploads with some text just in case they are getting mixed up.
