No chance of T/O. For the Puntland agreement to be binding the Consort/Range team must find a third party with 5 mill to spare (JV) - peanuts to some. I feel negotiations may be underway but not concluded.
Regarding Puno, the drilling has been already paid for through the previous cap raising. Vena and Solex have adjoining dirt and both of their SPs have multiplied in recent months.
It is pretty exciting.
