It appears that ESI was the only public company shortlisted. The others were private companies. Why would a private company announce they have been rejected?
True SP3. But what I'm saying is that I find it hard to believe that word would not get out that they have been rejected. After all, why would word of the rejection stay in house if they are no longer bound by DPI rules?
