I just got a reply from my mail to Jeff. I was asking about the specific date on when they would announce the earnings call date and for a little education on how that worked. I through in a tidbit and said "now that the contract signing went to the back burner". He said as soon as he is informed immediately he posts it on the ASX (regarding the earning call date), and he also made it a point to specifically say that my statement regarding the contract was not correct and that there has been no change in the circumstance as it was previously disclosed by the company.

make of it as you will, I am slightly more reassured than I was before reading.
