    Hi,
    I'm pretty sure that some of the old PLA board will only have Non exec status. They won't be around long IMO. Gavin Ferguson is apparently very good and Highly rated by Colin and Leon.He will have an important role.
    Merging with PLA is only the start IMO,The new company has major opportunities to grow beyond this. The important point is that JLP is "growing up" in difficult times, they are not weighed down with deep mines and lots of staff.
    They will become the lowest cost pgm producer just as metal prices surge. They will have choices galore IMHO
