re: punters in puntland ? well as long as rrs don't do a stock split like amn did...i know someone who had a million share's of that stock bought in when it was in the 0.60-0.70's now it has been translated into 50,000 @ 0.30..ouch : (
Don't really know how the dilution will affect..rrs is in such a unique position ..it may cancel out the negatives
