re:is wgr building a position in cue? Firstly I have no inside information or any other whatsoever . I have guessed .
WGR is a trader ,and likes shares with a Net Tangible asset position higher than the share price on a NPV basis with say a 10 % discount factor. They seem to also like good management or lucky , or management who were in the right place at the correct times.They have cashed in their chips on VOY and ARQ and have plenty of cash and could be looking for a target for another 'feed'.
So Cue comes to mind as I have noticed posters other than me think CUE is stuffed full of undervalued asssets.Some say assets in Indonesia and in PNG are not thought much of . That is Rubbish in my opinion . ue is also in bed with an 'Elephant' Santos and they need to increase their income and asssets . Cue also has some clever larger investors , Mr Tweedie of New Zealand fame and Mr Albers who is very brilliant.
So That is my guess . The 'Elephant' could roll over and take them over as and when a sensible price could be negotiated to have the necessary acceptances and that may be at a far greater price than the price at present.
I do stick my neck out aalthough I am wrong so many times but it can be interesting to read the replies .
