To me if AZZ was to place shares at $0.66 I would be happy.
These are convertible notes at 10%, but they will help with the Negotiations for the Permian sale. And they are very few notes.
Help in Negotiations as in we do not need to sell, we are well funded, Rumors we can not drill are just rubbish, etc. And we can step up the drilling, And will, better buy us before we prove up more oil etc etc.
