dealing with a government who came to power in odd circumstances .that have been recorded as having accounts in the swiss sector.who leased lots of islands for $1 for 99 years,and purport to wanting to help their fellow countrymen while having an aparthied regime at the helm.with visions of vast wealth to be aquired through the discovery of oil.the benefits it will bestow upon those in power now.that is the reason in my opinion for the urgency.
time is running out for the incumbents to gorge on the dollars oil can bring.

any major oil company will avoid this at all costs with the free and open press and internet information that is available to everyone.
i believe the seychelles governments desires are of a normal greed proclavity.all that money going to east africa ,where is mine.they cannot wait for process of oil companies as the controllers of the seychelles purse are becoming old and will be replaced without getting their golden egg.

if they were doing it for the benefit of everyone in the seychelles time does not factor into it.just greed.

do you know how many bank accounts people in the seychelles have got in swiss banks.
