Wong would certainly have good visibility over the full-year results by now, so its a very ugly look selling 30,000 shares at this time. If he really needed the money, it wouldn't have killed him to wait four weeks and sell after the results were out (could have even borrowed the money if need be, after all he's still got over $2m worth of SRX shares / rights as security).
Up to now the corporate governance and apparent ethics of the Board have been strong. Very disappointing to see this trade.
