It might need a big announcement to go past 10c. Or maybe not. It has moved from below 7c to 9.2c without much of a catalyst other galoc II being drilled and Duhat being planned. No real reason it can't budge another 0.8c or more before we get some solid news. But then, who knows?
SC55 getting approval and a rig booked should send it well past 10c in my opinion. Likewise a discovery at Duhat.
