hmm... not sure all is lost... i mean it depends on wot the major was afta... cos all over the place there r licence commitments which involve drilling minimal exploration wells... so this whole saga is quite surprising to me... although perhaps the local government insisted on it being done within 12 months of 3d seismic... but the farmin major wants to be treated as though they r taking on the project from the beginning and therefore dont want official drill commitment until further out into the future...
we will have to wait and see wot happens... 3d seismic is pretty good... cos its always positive... cos it give the statistical numbers of how much barrels of oil could be found etc... on one hand its absolute baloney, but on the other its usually the best rise in sp time other than drilling into oil :-)
so i hope that at least we can be part of a JV for 3D seismic in Seyschelles... that would b all that i wish for (from whn) this coming xmas :-))
cos palta and La Bella success will have already been delivered by then... hahahahahahahahaha... :-)))
