re: back to $0.50 again--phillip-k As a sideline. Xstrata is going to top INCOs bid on Falconbridge and stop INCO becoming the number one nickel producer in the world. The talk is that the bid will be in the next 2 weeks.

I was surprised as the initial talk was INCO being taken over by Xstrata. What is interesting is that the reasons given is that Xstrata cannot see the demand in China for nickel diminishing! All this according to the FT in London.
