It was a relevant question given Chicken Kiev's form with failures and as we are now seeing the whole thing is collapsing/collapsed.
The reason Chicken Kiev got angry is because he knew/knows that as it is policy on the run and it is doomed to failure.
He has a serious problem when people don't fawn over him as he feels in his small mind that they should.
