I think you mentioned before that because AVQ is registered in Hong Kong, the ASX 20% ownership rule doesn't apply and Drake can grab more if it wants without going into a takeover bid. Something along those lines.

6 days before last years trial AVQ announced additional funding for Isabel of $1.7 million secured @ 3.0c a share.
Drake contributed $1 million.
