I'm surprised there has been no comment on the proposals in this meeting. The company is not flush with cash even after the elusive $15m . After all they are borrowing money at 20 % !Yet they are proposing interest free loans to the boys in the millions . Surely they have enough shares already without using company funds to buy more . I'm OK with the option deal but imo the share deal is a bit much to say the least.
