At cost of $1000/oz, SBM's EBITDA is about $160mln.
Exploration and Capital Budget is about $120mln.
That leaves $40mln for other expenditures such as overheads, admins, bank's interest.
The $1000/oz cost is a desired target which i'm pretty doubtful the company can achieve.
Current cost structure is too dangerous to keep operating pacific mines which have very high operating cost.
