Your argument is nonsense and you know it is. So you play the person to cover up. (I built property for 20 years. I have owned, bought and sold more property than you have had hot lunches)
I own as much property as I want right now.
You are just blinded by greed and hope for greed. But it's over. Unless you grab your money and run right now as John Symonds has said, there will be nothing left. Personally, I hope you continue on your deluded course because it is all the greedy deserve.
The rest of us can see the writing on the wall. The smart operators have sold and won't be back for years.
