Hate to be pickie, but from the photo we still have a few more lifts of precast concrete panels (Reinforced Earth) to go before ore trucks can access the hopper, there is quite a bit of hand work involved in the construction of a Reinforced Earth retaining wall

What does please me is to see a lighting plant off to the right which could indicate there is some emphasis (may be a night shift) being placed on the completion of the ROM pad in readiness to supply feed to the crushing circuit

Be patent, SAFETY comes first on these projects
